Vonage sucks ass

Friday, December 30th, 2005

It really does. Don’t waste your time getting it. What a sham. Its been two months, and they have not been able to do my number transfer. Also, I have been on hold for over an hour tryingto cancel it. They told me to call back another day to cancel it. Like that will make a diference. They can kiss my ass.

Awkwardness

Sunday, December 18th, 2005

Always in the aftermath, the questioning, the wondering, the double thinking of if you did it wrong or said it wrong?

The realization that no matter how old you get, part of you will always feel like the little kid who was a year younger but a foot taller then everyone else. Someone who sticks out, is awkward and has to be super careful not to accidently hurt anyone else.

All I can hope is that as I get older, I learn grace.

Cause I sure as hell don’t have any yet.=)

Also, I got a very unexpected call from an old mentor of mine. It was sweet and unexpected.

Sooo bored

American Idiot

Thursday, December 15th, 2005

I’ve been listening to Green Day’s songs, since they’ve been on constantly in NY and because they match my mood when I’m studying.

Since it was background for me, I wasn’t really listening to the words. So I looked up Boulevard of Broken Dreams, read the lyrics, then went to find out more about the band.

It’s some kicking music and I wish there was more of it. Given the choice between what they’re writing about and what some of the other Cookie cutter “musicians” are, I finally have hope again for today’s music.

I haven’t read all of their stuff yet, just some of it….
